Weekend Recap

I hope everyone had a great weekend. It was a pretty simple weekend over here. I did a lot of relaxing, a bit of running around and some preparations for this weeks start of a 21 Day Fix Challenge I am part of.

I came home to the BEST mail day on Friday. I recently became a Beachbody Coach and this was my first challenge pack. I have tried several of their programs in the past. But this one was on my list to do! What better time to sign up to be a coach with this package.
In my running around I found these two flavours of Quest bars that I have been wanting to try. I loved both, but the Mint Chocolate Chunk won my heart.
I had gone out for a couple drinks with coworkers on Friday after work, and I felt during my errands that I needed a pick me up. Look at this light weight overe here. JK. This was YUMMMY
Sunday I woke up and enjoyed myself a Shakeology shake!
1 Scoop Vanilla Shakeology
1/2 cup Silk Cashew Milk
1/2 cup water
1 frozen banana
1tbsp of natural nut butter (I used Peanut Butter)
Cinnamon to taste!

The rest of the day I spent working out my meal plan with these adorable little rainbow colours. You an quite literally say Taste the rainbow!!
This is what my lunches ended up looking like for the week. Not too shabby for my first run. After working with the containers from the 21 Day Fix program, I have a better understanding and hope to make it SUPER easy for my team that starts their challenge October 5th!!
We ended our night on the couch watching my Green Bay Pakers take home a win!! Well one of us watched.

If anyone is interested in hearing more about 21 Day Fix or any Beachbody programs, comment below or send me a email!! We have a challenge group starting Octber 5th!

  1. I finished the 21 Day Fix a couple months ago for the first time and LOVED it. I had hoped to continue eating the fix way indefinitely but fell off the wagon HARD and really need to get back to it.

    1. I am loving it so far! The meal prep was a little difficult for me because I usually do everything on a scale, so now that I know how much certain things way for each cup, that has made it a little more easy.
