Weekend Recap #2

This weekend was great! I relaxed, I drank wine with good friends and I Accomplished Goals!

So many awesome things happened this weekend. My basement is finally coming together after TWO years. Watched the  Jets game with a much needed glass of wine after my week
Saturday  I found out one of my challengers, now coach & good friend did her weekly check in and she has lost 15lbs and 5.5 inches in ONLY 3 weeks with Shakeology & 21 Day Fix. I am in complete aw of her. She's totally killing it.

 Sunday started off our morning with a treat. Pumpkin Cinnamon Buns! Life is always about balance and I indulged!
This is my post workout, breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack. I will make my dinner and evening snack at home. If anyone wants to know how to do this? LET ME KNOW, I would be happy to help you!!
